Meditate
Meditation is for everyone. Without dogma, grounded in deep study of ancient traditions, contemporary philosophies, and progressive social movements, I approach meditation as an awareness practice aimed at orienting each of us toward the perspective and sense of connection that grows with recognition of and openness to all the information available to each of us in each moment— thoughts, body sensations, sense information, and emotions. Using this information, learning to both observe and feel, we cultivate a sense of self that is whole, inseparable from the world around us, and directed toward using our awareness for relevant action in a constantly changing world.
